The Te Awamutu Chamber of Commerce's mission is to promote and support business vitality. ... your vitality. We exist to help your business be the best it can be.

Most of our events are free for members and their staff so come along with plenty of business cards in hand and enjoy some activities that are sure to encourage growth in your business.


Our regular events are:

BUSINESS AFTER  5   (BA5)
International Chamber of Commerce flagship event, showcasing a local business and allowing networking and exchange of ideas. 

 

Time: 5.30pm -  7.00pm 
Held:   Third Thursday of each month - at premises of the Host business.
Free to all members and guests.

University of Waikato BUSINESS AT 10   (b@10)

 

Practical business training, quality speakers, business publications to take away, networking and great coffee!

 

Time: 10.00am -  11.00am 
Held:   Monthly: First Tuesday of each month at Red Kitchen Cafe
Free to all members and guests. Non-members welcome, $5 charge applies.
Bookings essential.

 
BNZ YBN - YOUNG BUSINESS NETWORK  

A specialist event for young business owners, managers and professionals, this event offers an opportunity to network in an informal social setting. How old is too old? We leave that over to you, but suggest that people under 45 will enjoy the event. 

We often have inspiring guest speakers and great giveaways.

Thanks to sponsor Bank of New Zealand, and hosted at Fahrenheit Restaurant.

Complimentary first drink and delicious snacks.

Time:  5:30 - 6:30pm

Held:  Monthly, second Wednesday of each Month.

Free to members.   Guests are welcome to come along twice before becoming a Chamber member
