Part of our LINK People programme, these awards are Sponsored by People4Success and the Te Awamutu  Chamber of Commerce.  The ‘Employee of the Month’  and ‘People Manager of the Month’ awards, are open to anyone who works in the Te Awamutu Courier readership area, and is designed to recognise employee and employer excellence. 

This award runs year-round and monthly winners are announced in the paper. Winners are judged by People4Success, and the programme is open to all businesses in the Te Awamutu area, not just Chamber members. Winners are advised by phone before a press release is made.
