The Te Awamutu Chamber of Commerce Board is excited to announce the appointment of Regan McCorquindale as it’s new Chief Executive. Regan comes from a background in agri-business and is excited to be taking up the challenge to help local TA businesses thrive.
Regan McCorquindale has been appointed to the role of Te Awamutu Chamber of Commerce Chief Executive.
With a background in Agri-business, he holds a Bachelor of AgriCommerce. He is also an Associate Member of New Zealand Institute of Primary Industry Management (NZIPIM).
Regan will take up the Chamber of Commerce position in conjunction with his current role, where he works as a FarmWise Consultant for LIC throughout the Waikato Region.
Waikato-born and bred, he is looking forward to helping local business to thrive.
“I’ve joined the Chamber of Commerce as I want to be more involved with local community and business,” he says.
“I’ll be focused on helping more local business thrive. Te Awamutu has a lot of opportunity, it just needs to be realised.”
Te Awamutu Chamber of Commerce Chair Chantelle Good says the Board is excited to welcome Regan on board and support him in his role.
“Regan brings a fresh perspective and enthusiasm to the Chamber of Commerce,” says Chantelle.
“We’re looking forward to him supporting local business in his work and bringing new ideas and energy to the role.”
