September 29 Update

We’ve been busy at the Chamber - we've held three successful events within a week!Last Wednesday we had a BA5 Event at McDonalds (Te Awamutu) and had a fantastic turn out. Waipa Transport Strategy Locked In

A 30-year “big picture” Transport Strategy has been formally adopted by Waipā District Council. New EV Chargers for Te Awamutu

Work has started on the installation of new Hikotron electric vehicle (EV) chargers in Te Awamutu, to support the growing number of electric vehicles in Waipā. CadetMax

CadetMax is a highly successful youth employment programme which has been delivered by the Chamber network in partnership with the Ministry of Social Development for over 10 years.  Started and still running in South Auckland, the service has expanded to Tamaki, Bay of Plenty and the Waikato.  Over 2000 young people aged 18-24 years old have moved from benefit dependency to full time employment through the CadetMax service.  We are immensely proud to support this fantastic program...
